The late great former President John F Kennedy said, “Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity.” In other words, we move or we die. Our mind dies; our body dies; and our spirit dies. Of course this doesn’t happen all at once, but if we just sit around and do nothing, we can’t reach our full potential. Our quality of life is not as good and our health is not as good. We aren’t as smart as we could be. We walk a different path than what we could be walking. However if we move, we can change our path and our mind will be stronger. Our body will be healthy and able to fight off disease. We will be happier in our relationships and our purpose in life will become clearer.
